The Silhouettes Yearbook staff has achieved an extraordinary milestone, earning the title of State Champions for the 2025 yearbook. Their publication was awarded the prestigious Hoosier Star, the highest honor given to scholastic publications in the state of Indiana. Competing in Division 2 (schools with 1,000–2,000 students), the staff’s dedication, creativity, and attention to detail set them apart as the very best in the state.
In addition to this top recognition, the Silhouettes staff also brought home multiple Harvey Awards, which celebrate excellence in specific areas of yearbook production:

Second Place – Yearbook Album
Third Place – Yearbook Theme
These honors highlight the team’s well-rounded strength across writing, design, photography, and storytelling.
Adding to an already remarkable year, the 2025 Silhouettes yearbook has also been selected for inclusion in the annual “Best of the Best” book published by Varsity Yearbooks (formerly Herff Jones). This distinction places the Silhouettes among the top 10% of all Varsity yearbook programs nationwide, further recognizing the outstanding quality of their work.
