Plainfield High School senior Noah Smith has solidified his status as one of Indiana's premier basketball prospects in the class of 2026. Standing at 6'8", the versatile forward has been a double-double machine for the Quakers, recently averaging 19.2 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. His blend of perimeter shooting and interior presence caught the attention of high-major programs across the country, leading to his commitment and eventual signing with the DePaul Blue Demons under coach Chris Holtmann.
Despite a tough season-ending loss to Pike in the IHSAA state tournament this March, Smith's legacy at Plainfield is marked by his "consensus top-150" national ranking and his selection to the Indiana Junior All-Star team.
