Plainfield High School student artists excelled last Friday at the Make an Impression High School Art Competition held at Hendricks Live.
Our selected students collectively walked away with $400 of prize money. Nikki Trigueiro, Alycia Phanor and Izzie Hockaday received Honorable Mentions, both of Eli Pina's artworks were awarded Jurors Choice Awards, and in the 3D category, Eve Langford took the coveted blue ribbon.
The television show The American Dream attended to get footage for an upcoming episode. They chose to feature this great event because it celebrates all of the towns in Hendricks County. Evelyn Langford was interviewed after her blue ribbon win.
