Excellent training & conversations today between Plainfield Police, Fire, IN State Police, school administrators & board. So many steps already in place, but moved the needle even further. Parent/School Safety mtgs held at each school in August; check calendars and join us!

And just like that ... another school year has ended. "Thank You" seems insufficient on days like this, but it is the phrase used and recognized by all when one appreciates the kindness of others. So THANK YOU to all the #QuakerFaces who have supported our students, teachers and staff throughout the year. It does take a village, and the Village of Plainfield is rich with kindness.

Earlier this week, PHS students in Mrs. Hummel's Fashion & Textiles class presented these "fidget blankets" to residents of the Cumberland Trace Memory Care Unit. For those living with Alzheimers and dementia, fidget blankets can be a wonderful resource!
