At last night's School Board meeting, we honored students from each school who were selected to best represent the September community value of Dignity and Self-Esteem. It is so powerful to hear the letters written by classmates and teachers for the nominations!

Sending a huge THANK YOU to our neighbors at NicePak today. They delivered a fresh stash of much-needed school supplies, then went a step further with 50 (!) cases of wet wipe packs! Since germ season is upon us, those wipes will be put to great use!

As we move into the last month of September, which is Suicide Awareness/Prevention Month, we are inviting the public to our first "Suicide: Learning to Recognize the Warning Signs" community meeting. We hope you can join us.

At Clarks Creek just moments ago, Bus 40 & Bus 11 had a slight bump in the parking lot. No one was hurt, but out of an abundance of caution, their departure has been delayed. Mr. Shepard will be contacting the families of those bus students immediately. #SafetyFirst #PRIDE
