Another glimpse into the works of students in Mrs. Armstrong's PHS art classes; this time, representing grades 9-12 in Painting Two and Three. So much talent, even when working from home in completely different ways! Click here for the video: https://tinyurl.com/yc8dznvn

It was fun to see some familiar faces on the news last night, sharing an important message with Central Indiana. #EyesOnKids #INThisTogether @SusiesPlaceCAC @TownPlainfield @ShelteringWings https://tinyurl.com/y9momv3h

From the PHS Class of '20 to COVID-19: All seniors were asked to participate, and while many passed up the opportunity, those who said yes helped create a powerful message. Thank you to Mr. Arvin for the vision and the final product! https://tinyurl.com/ybdd8hhh

We still have many end-of-year features, especially related to the Class of '20. But today, we thought it might be nice to let FOX59 tell at least one of the stories. Watch or read here: https://tinyurl.com/ya6yoxsr

If you follow our posts regularly, you might know that the PHS Journalism program wins awards like the Chicago Bulls used to win NBA championships. This year was no different. Congratulations to these two members of the Class of '20, and the entire group for the yearbook award!

Thanks to HotBox Pizza, WrapItUp LLC, the PHS PTO, Plainfield Schools Legacy Foundation, Plainfield Rotary and Plainfield Kiwanis, every PHS senior is receiving a yard sign this week celebrating their accomplishments.

Introducing a few members of the Class of '33. They seem pretty excited to begin school this fall, and we can't wait to meet them! As a reminder, have you registered your child for the 2020-2021 school year? https://tinyurl.com/vafjgx3 https://tinyurl.com/ycypz83t

It's been a very special week celebrating teachers, and we have one more message. To all of the Plainfield teachers, thank you for everything that you do - but as you'll see in the video, others say it better than we ever could! https://animoto.com/play/ZubThquHKnFcHkS2l1nntw

As we continue our series about #EyesOnKids, we're sharing this flyer from Susie's Place. If you see a child with any of the symptoms listed, they may be suffering abuse or neglect. To report a suspicion, call the IN Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 800-800-5556, or 911.

Today is National Nurse's Day, and we want to brag about the nurses who care for Plainfield students. These RNs are skilled, compassionate, dedicated members of our team, and their big hearts are missing your children right now. Please join us in thanking them for all they do.

Today marks the beginning of Teacher Appreciation Week, and even the Google Doodle is joining the celebration! We've always been proud of the PCSC teachers, and the work they've done these last several weeks is unmatched. THANK YOU, Teachers!

From their offices to the front doors, from meetings to classrooms, these hearts are among some of the biggest and kindest you'll ever know. THANK YOU, PCSC Principals!

Did you know? The 2020 Census is underway, and it's really important that all of our friends and neighbors are included. Funding for vital services (public schools included) is based on these counts, so please participate!

Today is our chance to say a big, loud THANK YOU to our School Lunch Heroes. #INThisTogether #QuakerFaces

Another reminder: while schools are closed during COVID-19, that includes not only our physical buildings but also playgrounds and athletic facilities. PLEASE do not attempt to use these spaces until at least July 6.

Do you know an incoming Plainfield Kindergarten student? Now is the time to get them registered to join us this Fall! This page has all the info: https://tinyurl.com/vafjgx3 #QuakerFaces #ClassOf33
