STEAM Friday welcomed spring 💐with this week’s activities! Students explored chromatography by coloring on coffee filters and watching the color separate in water. (🟣=🔴+🔵) After observing 🔎what new colors appeared, they used their filter to make butterflies. 🦋 Students also made towers out of Easter eggs 🥚 and did an EGGcellent job making maracas! 🎶 #BrentwoodBuilders #EGGsperiment #STEAMFriday
Brentwood 4th grade students enjoyed a field trip to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway! 🏎 They participated in several STEM stations while implementing the 4 C’s! A few of their favorite stations included a mini soap box derby 🚙, a visit to the famous yard of bricks 🧱, and an opportunity to wave the flags! 🏁
