This year's theme was "Every Book is Awesome" based on the Lego Movie that showcases "Everybody's awesome, everybody's cool when you're part of a team!" For those of you unfamiliar with this event, the students must meet a reading requirement to be eligible to participate. The students participated in Gaga Ball, different games like Twister, Lego building, Robotics, and did some creative construction building in teams. They were treated to Scot Starkey the Magician and The Rope Warrior, David Fisher. Every student was given a book of their choice to take home with them. It was a fun filled evening and thoroughly enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our wonderful PTO and all volunteers that made this event happen!
