Plainfield Community School Corporation and Superintendent Scott Olinger are happy to announce that Jeff Collins will be stepping into the role of Director of Technology, effective at the end of July. Mr. Collins has previously served as the PCSC Network Administrator for the last 14 years, and his knowledge and expertise will serve him well in this new role. John Crum, who formerly held this position, is moving on to become Assistant Superintendent at Monroe-Gregg Schools.
Jeff looks forward to continuing to work with the Technology Department team, stating that he envisions a team approach to enhancing curriculum and technology together. Additionally, he states, “I am looking forward to focusing further on cybersecurity for our district. I have a deep background in cybersecurity and I look forward to putting my knowledge to use to help the district remain protected.”
