The Quakers earned all A ratings from the Indiana Department of Education for the 2017-2018 year!

While we've known for several weeks, it wasn't made public until yesterday: all Plainfield Schools earned an A rating from the Indiana Department of Education for the 2017-2018 school year. And much like when we were children, eager to see our own report cards, it's always more fun to show Mom and Dad when it contains straight A's.

We talk a lot about how important it is for students to realize that learning is fun. And we are incredibly proud of the way our teachers continue to find innovative, creative ways to deliver their lessons, from Kindergarten through the high school.  All the while, Plainfield students continue to perform at high levels on state-mandated tests.

Letter grades aren't the most important measure of our achievement, but they are the most public measure. So for just a few minutes, we'll enjoy our straight A's, and then get back to the business of "bringing JOY to learning."
