If Indiana’s “Back On Track” plan stays on track, we look forward to celebrating the Class of 2020 with an outdoor Commencement to be held the weekend of July 17-19.
Preliminary details:
Location: Red Pride Field
Capacity:
Graduates will receive a limited number of tickets for family members
The number of tickets will be based on guidance from state officials, if applicable
Bleachers on both sides of the football field will be used, with appropriate spacing clearly marked in the bleachers, if applicable
Dates and times:
Friday, July 17, 8 pm
Rain Date #1: Saturday, July 18, 10 am
Rain Date #2: Sunday, July 19, 1 pm
If for some reason the entire weekend is a rain-out, we will hold a Virtual Commencement on Sunday, July 19 at 1 pm
If the “Back on Track” plan does not reach its goal and we are not allowed to bring sufficient people together, we will hold a Virtual Commencement on Friday, July 17 at 8 pm
More information will be shared in the coming weeks as the details are worked out. But for now, we are excited to share this information so that our seniors, and their families, might begin planning for what we hope will be a memorable celebration.
