The Plainfield Board of School Trustees completed a reorganization at tonight’s special meeting.
Brad DuBois has resigned from the Plainfield Board of School Trustees due to personal reasons. We are grateful for his service and wish him all the best.
With Mr. DuBois' departure, the Board has made the following appointments:
Jud Wolfe, who was originally appointed to serve in a staggered seat until it expires on December 31, 2025 has now been appointed to complete Mr. DuBois' term, which runs until December 2026.
Brad Kuhn, elected to the staggered seat in November 2024, has joined the Board five months early (originally scheduled for January 2026) to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Wolfe's transition.
The other three seats of Mrs. Elston, Mrs. Bell, and Mrs. Wielenberg remained unchanged.
We appreciate the flexibility of our board members to fill this vacancy and we look forward to continuing the Board’s mission of bringing joy to learning for Plainfield Schools.
