In a celebration of innovation and educational excellence, Guilford Elementary has been awarded the prestigious "Excellence in STEM Education Award" by the Indiana Department of Education. On Friday night, members from Guilford’s staff attended the Indiana Educational Excellence Awards Gala, where they convened with other award winners from throughout the state. Guilford, along with all other Plainfield elementary schools and Plainfield Community Middle School, is STEM-certified by the Indiana Department of Education.
