Superintendent Andy Allen believes that “consistent communication is a building block of what we do in Plainfield Schools.”
With this in mind, he launched a three-month listening tour. This initiative welcomed staff, parents, and community members to share their perspectives, providing them with a platform to be heard while allowing him to gain valuable insights.
