Meet Jacki Rogers, assistant principal for Central and Van Buren elementary schools. While this position was just established in January, Jacki is a familiar face to many PCSC families, having taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades at Brentwood for 17 years.
Jacki is an enthusiastic cheerleader for students, and has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know their families through the years. She's excited that her new role will allow her to meet even more Plainfield families!
Jacki loves spending time outside of school with family and friends, especially now that she has completed her Masters in Education Administration degree.
When asked what she would like others to know, she said this: "I wish more adults could spend time in our classrooms, experiencing the growth and excitement that takes place daily. It reminds me that, one day, the difference-makers in our world will be these very children."
