Get to know us: Amy Western!

Meet Amy Western, who you may know as the highly efficient person who keeps things running at Central Elementary . She wears many hats, but the most important job may be as the liaison between parents, teachers and staff.

Prior to coming to Central just over a year ago, Amy worked at Thompson Family Eyecare and owned a dance studio.

Her favorite part of working at Central? Being surrounded by adults who inspire her daily.

If she had all the time in the world, you might find her choreographing for musicals and show choirs, curled up with a book, and with her family.
Amy believes today’s access to technology is both good and bad. Students have greater access at earlier ages to more information, and those working in schools have the responsibility to help guide them to their full potential. After all, they are our future.
