Winter Pep Session brings everyone together for fun, competition, and a big thank you

The Winter Pep Session brings students and staff together for an hour of fun, recognition, music and competition, and Friday's was no exception. The Pep Band and Drum Line performed, students competed in a limbo competition and relay races, and staff took part in a student-led Simon Says game that included dance, soccer, and a drum riff. Hard to top, though, was the now infamous Synchronized Swimming routine performed by chemistry teacher Mr. Craig and his son.

In addition to the fun, boys soccer coach and teacher Mr. Sheppard took the microphone to thank students and staff for their support since the diagnosis of his infant daughter's rare form of leukemia. Friday's game was declared an "orange-out" and a variety of fundraising efforts were dedicated to the #LCSbeatsLCH effort.
