The Spanish Club met on Mondays this semester. About thirty 4th graders were involved. Each week, Mrs. Schwartz and the high school students from PHS presented a PowerPoint on colors, animals, occupations, food, etc., and students learned and reviewed through games like charades, team competitions, or single competitions using flyswatters. The 4th graders celebrated at the last meeting with a pitch-in fiesta and Charades of the Spanish names of sports. They wished for lunes mas (more Mondays).
